Next Paradise Boutique Resort Zanzibar remains committed to the joy of travel, an important part of our lives. Given the current uncertain environment, we have updated our cancellation policy to give you the utmost flexibility. Next Paradise Boutique Resort is waiving all cancellation and change fees applicable to all existing and new bookings for stays up to 30 September 2021 until 7 days before the arrival. We would be happy to rebook your reservation, or ultimately, cancel your reservation and refund any deposits received (deducted for bank transaction costs). Your health and wellness is paramount, and we hope to welcome you. We are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment and ultimately a holiday full of amazing experiences and everlasting memories. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY

A credit card deposit payments required at time of booking and a reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing of all deposits and payments according to the terms. The resort reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. 

Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer.

Once you selected the period, the room category and the number of guests, you’ll be required to fill a form with your contacts information, within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming the availability and instructions how to secure the booking.

For travel from until 30 September 2021

  • Free cancellation until 7 days before the arrival

For travel from 1 October 2021 to 20 December 2022 

  • Free cancellation until 30 days before the arrival

If you cancel the booking after mentioned terms, or if you are a no-show, you will still be charged the full amount of your booking.

INSTANT BOOK (PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS)

Advance Purchase Rates: Our NO REFUNDABLE RATES are discounted rates and are made with the condition that they are prepaid and are completely non-refundable. Bookings with our NO REFUNDABLE RATES cannot be modified or cancelled free of charge, and no refunds will be made. If you cancel the booking, or if you are a no-show, you will still be charged the full amount of your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-binding booking request)

To secure the booking you are kindly requested to pay 40% deposit in advance by credit card through our web site. The remaining amount can be cleared anytime through our website before your arrival. A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that it will be deducted for 3% bank transfer fee.
