Diving and Snorkeling
Diving: The reef offers countless possibilities for divers to come across tunas, sharks of the barrier, manta rays, groupers, scorpion fish, morays, tropical fish, turtles and many others… Diving is bookable at reception (no later than 4.00 PM) in collaboration with “ONE OCEAN” located in Matemwe Village which is a 5 star Padi Center with an experience of more than one decade in Zanzibar. Diving gear is provided as well as transfer service.
A refreshment lesson is mandatory if you haven’t dived for more than 1 year. We recomend to book in advance your diving activity withat least 24 hours notice. Snorkeling: daily cruises (2-8 people) to the Mnemba Atholl are organized by local guide, departure between 8.00 – 12.00 in the morning according to tides and wind conditions. Snorkeling gear is provided.

Due to the structure of the reef and the presence of constant wind, Zanzibar is the ideal place for the lovers of Kite surfing. A kite center is available at 5 minutes walking distance.
